Balneario Mondariz Golf

Situated in the province of Pontevedra and, more specifically, between Vigo and Orense, is this fabulous Hotel Balneario and Conference Centre Complex which has one of the best golf courses in the area, where you can have a really great game of golf and, as “balneario” is Spanish for Spa, you will really be able to relax in the wonderful facilities offered by the Complex.
The course consists of an 18-hole round with a par of 71, situated in beautiful natural and relaxing surroundings. The round is laid out over 48 hectares of land and at 5,885 metres is not excessively long, although that is not to say it is not demanding and very varied, but you will enjoy each and every shot and the course is perfectly well-suited to all handicaps.
The most demanding factor for the player lies in the greens, some of which are very big (between 750 and 1,000 square metres), and all of them have countless and complicated slopes which makes the putting part of the game a real challenge.
The Balneario de Mondariz is highly recommended as a hotel to stay at although there is no shortage of alternative accommodation in Pontevedra.
